In just five short years, the Nunavut Trade Show has become one of the most important business events of the year.

The Trade Show, hosted by the BRCC, is being held this year at Inuksuk High School in Iqaluit. Every year, more than seventy national, territorial and local business exhibitors and sponsors attend the show, along with hundreds of delegates and thousands of visitors.

This year's show runs on March 8th and 9th, 1996. Check the Schedule below for details.

In addition to the main show itself, the Trade Show also includes the annual Arctic Foods Celebration and the presentation of the Nunavut Achievement Awards.

Inuit-Owned Small Business Booths

The 1996 Nunavut Trade Show is pleased to announce that it is providing free exhibitor space for up to ten Inuit-owned small businesses in Nunavut. If your company would like to participate in the 1996 Trade Show, you can send us mail. Make sure to include the following information:

Schedule of Events

    Saturday, March 9

  • 9:00 a.m.: Trade Show open to the public.
  • 5:00 p.m.: Trade Show Closes.
  • 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.: Gala Business Banquet, Charity Auction.

    Sunday, March 10

  • Baffin Regional Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting.
