Canada is enjoying good economic times, and nowhere is there more opportunity for further growth than the new territory of Nunavut. Since capturing the world's attention when it came into being on April 1, 1999, government and business in Nunavut have been hard at work turning the promise of Canada's newest territory into reality. New markets, suppliers, and established and fledgling businesses (just check out or Nunavut Business Directory!) are seeking one another out. The place they find each other is the Nunavut Trade Show. The 2001 event is the 10th annual Nunavut Trade Show. Beginning as the one-day, 60-exhibitor Baffin Trade Show in 1991, the event has grown and sold out every year. At this year's 10th annual Show, more than 140 exhibitors in two venues will welcome thousands of visitors and delegates over three days – growth that mirrors the burgeoning opportunities.
